Still doing poorly recording food, but I've been trying hard to eat consciously, which I think that part is a good thing.

Got in a nice 8 mile run Saturday, and I'm using this workout app to fit in some core exercises at least twice a week.

Let's see if I can get back down to 140 by the first so I don't end this month with a net gain. 😑
141.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
