Ok another hurdle accomplished! :-) Down below that dreaded 140, now to keep going! :-) Billy and I did go for a little lunch treat. We went to the Indian Restaurant, which we haven't been to in months. I did well and didn't even finish my plate. Big sigh of relief, I can now go to a buffet and be reasonable and still feel satisfied! That is a big feat! :-)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
