So, I feel like I'm getting on track a little bit more now. I went out to eat last night for a friend's birthday party, and I saved up about 400 calories for dinner (though not enough), but it didn't seem to affect me too much. Today, I'll definitely stick to the strict 1200 calories!
133.2 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1008 kcal Fat: 38.41g | Prot: 73.07g | Carb: 93.62g.   Breakfast: Special K Protein Meal Bar - Chocolate Caramel. Lunch: Lean Ground Beef 93/7, Reduced Fat 2% Milk Natural Cheese Mexican Crumbles, Flour Tortillas - Medium. Dinner: Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Light Original Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, Cordon Bleu - Raw Stuffed Chicken Breasts (breaded). more...

Awesome! Im with you. Im trying to get back on track. Weather nicer and Im outside if I'm not working or sleeping. Trying to get Of third. Part of.my problem trying to lose. Been working on trying to keep track of my foods. Lets try to stay on track together. ,also I'm trying to come On here more often..let's do this!

Its 3 am and I had my breakfast here at work. Piece of slice Sandwich Ham and half cup low fat cottage cheese..weird but I enjoyed it lol

I don't think I've ever tried cottage cheese, but it's supposed to be really good for you! (:
