Skipped badminton again. :( hope to go tomorrow. It also throws off my weigh ins bc I usually weigh in after I exercise. Today is a fast day.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
