Skipped badminton this morning due to pulled back muscle.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My sciatic nerve has been really hurting the last couple of weeks but the funny thing is working out makes it feel better!

Thanks. I've been holding a phone to my left ear, with my left shoulder, too much in the past week. I got a sudden twinge in my upper back, and now it hurts, even to breathe deeply. Went to an accupuncturist yesterday on the way home from work; he told me to take the day off from badminton.

I hear you, back pain can be dibilitating. From a trip last fall, I strained my neck which gave me severe upper back stiffness/pain. It took several days with rest, drugs and 2 hours at the spa before I felt better!
