have not been keeping track of anything. eating whatever,whenever.almost back to where i started last year.i keep making the same mistakes over and over again. i know that journaling is the key but do not do it. i have lost all the ground i gained. i was 7# within my goal and i just stopped. it is good now that i can look at my history and see when it all went down. today is as good a start as any.
