1014 kcal Fat: 45.91g | Prot: 41.64g | Carb: 111.05g.   Breakfast: Tropicana Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Maple & Brown Sugar. Lunch: Compliments Carrots, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Mixed Salad Greens, Boiled Egg, Hand-Breaded Fried Mushrooms. Dinner: Butter, Betty Crocker Corn Bread & Muffin Mix, Beef T-Bone Steak (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Asparagus (from Frozen), Ore-Ida Steak Fries. Snacks/Other: Nabisco Belvita Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Biscuits. more...
