Gained 3 pounds over the weekend! I know I didn't eat an extra 10,500 calories, so I'm hoping most of it is water weight. Should know by Wednesday. I did eat well over the weekend, but I didn't gorge. Had a bagel with lox and cream cheese for Sat. brunch; Korean BBQ and a beer for Sat dinner; Chinese dim sum for Sun brunch; guacamole, two appetizers and 2 margaritas for dinner at a nice Mexican restaurant. This is the first time when my Monday high has been higher than the prior Monday. Today is a "fast" day.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
