I had a cold starting on Monday last week so my appetite was lower than normal. I got almost no exercise because was and am not feeling well.
I am happy with my weight lose this week.
369.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
