I wonder how many other people don't post their weight if they have gained a bit. I feel so bad when the scale bounces backup a bit that I just do not post.....I know that everyone has these little blips, but it is sometimes hard to admit to. Hope everyone is staying safe and eating healthy in this stressful time!
182.2 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Agreed! I do, because seeing my mostly downward trending line have lots of little wiggles helps me stay focused.

I post all weight losses n gains. I do it because it can show a pattern. 💜

I weigh everyday to make sure it doesnt go over a certain number.. You do what makes you comfortable , it's your weightloss journey.. Maybe just post your successful weight and that will be kind of a reward for yourself , kind of like hey I did it . im going to post this!

I post it all, the good the bad and the ugly. I feel like it helps me be honest with myself. But each person has to find what works best for them, we are all different.

I usually post weight once a week but weigh daily and record it and figure out what my weekly average is. But I do not like the ups either.... they happen

Mines going to be up by at least 3 pounds at tomorrows weigh in. It happens. Don't beat yourself up over it, its normal.

I usually post on Friday. I wasn't going to post today because I gained, and Sent over 200. It felt like a bad omen, but decided to post and be accountable.

I’ve been trying to only weigh myself every 2 weeks. I want to concentrate on how I feel, changing my eating and exercise habits for the better so that this becomes a lasting change to a healthy lifestyle. So for me I know the scale will have minimal change, but I’m not letting it be my focus.
