Wow... 195 lbs, didn't see that since a few months... I am super happy! :D Rock on!
195.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I try hard this time! Today I did 1h40 min of stationary bike... checking what I eat.. it's hard, but I am doing my best!
