I'm so excited to be going away for a long weekend with my boyfriend. He's such a romantic man (finally met the right one) and i'm looking forward to it...except I have a feeling i'm going to blow my eating habits. It's funny how that was somthing I never thought about before but now i'm almost stressing over it. I just have to stay away from any of the goodies that are available and especially the long ride to where we are going I need to find something to keep me occupied since I snack ALOT while on long rides. I'll check in when I get back and hopefully the gain won't be too bad...:-)
177.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Have fun and enjoy yourself. I always keep little zip lock bags for dried fruit and nuts in my purse, a small amount about 60 cal.
