I ate too much of dinner last night (rough day, didn't eat lunch starving for dinner), but I still lost some. I'm guessing it's water weight from TOM.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1425 kcal Fat: 66.28g | Prot: 70.19g | Carb: 145.25g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries, Nabisco Belvita Bites Chocolate, Chobani 5% Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oatmilk,  Coffee,  Sugar. Lunch:  Chicken gruyere turnover. Dinner: Califa Farms Xx Espresso Cold Brew Coffee with Almond Milk, Publix Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Food Club Large Egg, LaBrea Bakery Roasted Garlic Loaf. Snacks/Other: Planet Oat Extra Creamy Oatmilk,  Sugar,  Coffee. more...
