Not really a surprise this week. Had my TM this week, and did really poorly this weekend. But back to it today, so onnn we go!
282.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1333 kcal Fat: 32.32g | Prot: 40.36g | Carb: 221.88g.   Breakfast: Light butter, Raisins, Oatmeal. Lunch: Peperoni Pizza lean cuisine. Dinner:  Catalina dressing, cucumber, tomatoes, Lettuce. Snacks/Other: Apple Sauce, Special K Cereal Bar, 100 calorie pack chocolate chip cookies, Del Monte Fruit Chiller, Nature Valley Pecan Crunch, sargento string cheese. more...
