Weight has been fluctuating all week between 128.9 and 129.5 but 128.7kg today is the lowest! Happy to be getting results, still working very hard at crossfit classes, feeling so tired in the afternoons, not sure if I am too low on calories but scared to increase food intake as I really want to shift this weight once and for all.
283.7 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
