I had a bad week, I cheated everyday this week and I'm kicking myself for it. But today is a new day and I'm going to do this. I'm going to kick it into high gear and lose the weight for my goals that I have set.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 5.1 lb a week
