I was feeling so much better today so I tried a great new recipe in this month's cooking lite magazine and it was amazing! "Gratin of Cauliflower with Gruyere" only 161 calories and 6g of fat per serving. My boyfriend told me it's a keeper so I'll definitely ad it to our recipe box. I hope everyone's having a great week!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
