Day 58 (Week 8): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Week 3 Cruise to Lose! (Wow week three already!?!)
Wonderful Saturday Morning to you!!!!

Smoothest of sailing to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!


So it's Saturdya and for once I don't have anythign scheduled. It's a good thing and a bad thing. The true day "off" feels good but I would rather have some appointments up :)

So I got on FS read some journals then hopped downstairs for some Wii time! Did 15 minutes of balance to warm up. (my age was 33 this morning, same as my real age, but I can live with that :))
I did 30 minutes of free step while watching LOTR: Fellowship again. I was dripping sweat when I was done so that is good sign. I know my heart rate was up and my calves were a little sore. All good signs.

Old Man Scale: Well TOM came back, just when I thought he was gone until next month but I am hanging in there. Old Man Scale is not letting TOM being around affect his jovial mood, however!

*bounce, bounce, bounce* 20lbs GONE, GONE, GONE FOREVER MORE

This is true now!! down 20.5lbs since I started back in August just before I joined FS! I am soo excited! *bouncing off the walls, really. This is the fastest and steadiest I have ever done in my life!!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 1 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!)
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 11 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h! Less of a stretch now. *tries to touch it with her fingernails*)
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 (1 MORE POUND!!!!) then 240 then on down, down down!

Whoo hoooooo! Congratulations on more that 20 lbs GONE FOREVER! And for getting a workout in already today. Before you know it, another 10 will be gone, then another... FANTASTIC! And hooray for Old Man Scale's good mood! YOU ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB!
