Incorporated sprouts with beans this week which does well but not enough to conver the weekend activities. There have been 3 sunday dinners in a row with Deb's family. the overall attitude towards eating spills into the week and beyond the sunday dinners.

A program described what I was doing like running up a flight of stairs while holding your breath to a reduced rate which sooner or later will not last and I will breath enough to make up even for the time I was holding my breath back. What I am doing needs to transcend beyond a concious effort of the will into the core of my being or I will sooner or later make up for what I am holding back... This can be good or this can be bad. I am hoping to change the way I think for the good.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
