Day 57 (Week 8): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Week 2 Cruise to Lose!

Fabulous morning to all!!!!

I sincerely hope this days sees calm waters and a brisk wind to each and everyone of you! I am certain it finds all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples are all well and working towards your fantastic healthy goals!!


Last night was my Yoga class and it felt soooo good. I could tell I missed a week, though, man I was tight! I can also tell I am getting stronger. I can do more crocodiles and up-dogs. Only had to modify one crocodile in the whole series I think. (we do a long series of VERY strength oriented Sun citations after warming up) I am also getting better at holding the ab poses. This is so exciting!!


Old Man Scale: Apparently he kicked TOM outta the house like I asked him and was much more cheery this morning! Honestly, I don't know what gets into those two!!! LOL
Chalk down 1.5lbs for the BWW!!! Go TEAM!!!

Edit to add: Dang it, I miscounted it, it's 19.5 but I am leaving this up for an affirmation. I will have this in the next few days!


Had a lower end calorie day yesterday, just over 1500, which made up for the VERY slightly over goal day on Wed. It's so awesome! I had a bag of Peanut M&Ms in my drawer for like 2 days before I saw I could afford the calories haha I would never have had the will power to do that before!! I still have a mini kit-kat in there. The evil work influence just is not happening this time. Even my work buddy who started me at the gym is losing motivation. I am trying to help her now.....but she is an adult so I can only strongly recommend and I was doing that yesterday LOL I even said those exact words (about being adult, and only being able to recommend)

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 2 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!)
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 12 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h! Less of a stretch now. *tries to touch it with her fingernails*)
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 (almost there! Stay on target!!) then 240 then on down, down down!

hard to keep workout buddies motivated if they arent seeing some kind of a loss, tell her you need her to keep on track, make her feel needed and mabye that will motivate her to stick it out with you longer...tell her about fs...shoot some of the fs motivation into her...lol..
