Another 2 lbs down. Seems as i am losing it in twos..lol.. Well cant wait to be under 300lbs again.. Oh I will be a happy girl and I will reward myself with nice outfit.. Not with food. I am not a dog and I have to realize that certain foods and over eatting has gotten me in this placein first place.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing amazing. The reward sounds like a great idea. Here's a suggestion that I have done, perhaps if you are financially able to pick up a target outfit and hang it on the wall. It may help when motivation swings. Take care and bring on the 2's!!!
