Cant go up anymore.
Not gonna break out my OLD clothes.
Getting good exercise, but doing the night snacking thing.
My beginning plan (when I experienced solid health benefit)
1: no drive through dining
2: Lots of water
3: log everything I eat.
4: Portion control
5: Increase exercise.
Time to get back to basics. Beginning with logging intake.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
