I drank 4 bottles of water yesterday, 1 large tea, and 2 cups of coffee. I also ate 6 cups of food and STILL couldn't get to 1000 calories. sigh...

Have you tried to use things like sour cream, butter, cheese, eggs, etc. to get in more calories. Sorry, but macaroni salad isn't allowed on induction or any phase unless it is the special low carb stuff.:(:(

I keep having the same problem. lol! Usually it's the opposite - I tend to eat too much, but with Atkins I have to eat loads to get the necessary calory limit.

I use sour cream, but butter and cheese stall me. And, yes I cheat - but look at how long I've been on induction. I actually am on OWL at the moment. Just changed it a couple days ago
