ate a bit more than 500 calories yesterday. This past week wasn't a normal week, with the traveling to NY. Didn't do 3 fast days, but kept steady, didn't gain and even lost .5 lb
156.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
