Yesterday I drank 4 bottles of water, 2 cups of coffee, and a green tea. I also ate more often in the day. I don't think it effected my diet, but I do feel better.

I have set a goal for october first to lose this last 4.8lb and finally be under 170. That means no cheating. Drinking lots of water. And walking again.

I have officially taken myself out of the induction phase because I am not eating as strict as some Atkins people believe. I did check my diet with the books and there was nothing wrong with what I ate. But, there is a short list for induction.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
