I am going to try to start recording again. I just started the Game on diet with a group of about 15 ladies. 3 members per team/5 teams. I am not sure I am doing the diet correctly but for now ~ Day 2 it's going okay.
Although I really don't have a great deal of energy. On this plan ~ diet coke is off limits and I am a diet coke aholic! So this part is tough! Also I'm not sure I ma getting the right amount of carbs, etc. I am sleeping but man am I tired!! AND it's only day 2!
142.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.2 lb a week

A friend tried to get me to do that last summer. I remember not really thinking my plan fit with the rules of it, but I don't remember why haha. And I definitely remember being confused. Regardless, hopefully the game of it with friends will give you some extra motivation!

Thank you! I have a great deal of injuries in my personal "running career" that I needed the extra push while trying to recover and hopefully run long distances again.
