I have been around 1500-1600 calories a day and MY set RDI is 1900, FS is 2400, and making sure I burn at least 250 calories a day, so it is depressing when I step on the scale and see only 8 tenths of a pound difference, but at least it is to the negative. That part I love. I wish this weight would come off like it did in the begining.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Eric, I think the FS RDI calculator isn't accurate for me either. If I ate what it told me I could calorie wise, I'd be gaining a bunch!
