Down another pound! A good start for the beginning of the month.

Need to do some grocery shopping tonight, and maybe it'll be dry long enough to grey a run in. Hope you all have a good week!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
