Going up to work at the library for the next couple of days. I will eat pakoras and such from the Nepali restaurant next door. Chickpea flour is paleo and gluten-free... so we're looking moderate carb for a couple days I suspect.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
