Since I slept at a friend's house, no scale this morning.

I am confounded by the question of tamarind chutney. A tablespoon has from 2g to 8g of carbs according to various web sources for different brands. 15g an oz, says Harvard. There are no entries in FS and I have no idea what brand my Nepali restaurant uses (or if it is housemade). I don't really want to give up tamarindo but it does seem to have a lot of sugar. Bah.

I rewrote my FS bio as it had gotten long and confusing because of consisting of updates. It is still long but hopefully not as confusing.
