For once, I didn't have a big bump up on Monday morning. I ate well over the weekend, probably too well, but didn't go out for dim sum or Chinese dinner. Avoiding the MSG probably helped. Down 4 lbs since last Monday. Down 9.5 lbs overall. This week will be a challenge because I'm flying out tomorrow for a 4-day business trip. Today is a fast day.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
