Ate out last nite at a local, family-owned Italian restaurant. Had chicken Marsala and sauteed veggies. Don't have a clue how many calories I ate, so I just input the closest matches I could find in my food diary.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
