Weight loss-o(
My weight is down from the inexplicable 149. Very anxious awaiting word from the Doctor re: a test. I hate when they leave a message and are "not in" when one calls back 5 mins later.

Lost so far: 18.0 lb.
Still to go: 16.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Cindy-am scheduling another test as last one was inconclusive. It's driving me a bit batty. Hard to concentrate. Been eating out a lot-neice is visiting from England, so weight and exercise are not really my priorities. BUT I am trying-no desserts and 2 drink maximum. Am gonna visit your journal to catch up.
