Oh it's been such a busy week I didn't get a chance to complete my information for week 3 of the christmas challenge so I'll do it here.

1. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day minimum, 5 days a week!
Yes, this was a struggle some days but I at least did 5 with most being 45-60 minutes.

2. Strength Training! I failed miserably on this one but i'm still happy with getting the cardio in to the week.

3. Don't Forget Your Cardio! much easier than the strength training..or maybe it just takes more effort, I'll have to ponder that one...

4. Stick to your diet! Yes...Yes...Yes... no problems here...

5. Week One! Salad Challenge! Since I love salads this is an easy one..yes.

6. Week Three: Sweets Challenge! Well this was a struggle but I made it...I think I looked at everything like it was a brownie...Oh how I wish I had a brownie...No you don't!...Yes! I doooooooo! (yes it's salt and chocolate time and i'm struggling)

7. Week Four: Recipe Challenge -- this will be incorporated this week...Hmmm...I'll have to switch it up a bit since I really do eat the same thing over and over.

8. Week Two Challenge: Drink MORE water - I definitely do this during the week at work (lots of water) but for some reason I really have to think about it on the weekends...I wonder why that is.

overall it's been a good week, even though I struggled a bit, I still held strong to my motivation (those hanging pants) and overcame the craving so here's to week 4!






180.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.3 lb a week
