So I took a short break rrom this whole thing and am back again today did really wepl esterday and today is so far so good! I think I'm doing pretty well for having a break..2 under what I was when I stopped:)
166.4 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
