balancing carbs
I am not really sure where that came from I have not had one of those today... I actually hadn't even recorded anything for today until just now. I frequently eat egg while omelets, it is one of my favorite breakfasts. As far as me being at the grocery I posted a previous comment on what I bought just yesterday which I think sticks to your idea of staying towards the outsides.

balancing carbs
Thank you both for the input. I went to the grocery and got some fruits, blueberry, black berry, kiwi, apples. some veggies, baby carrots, snap peas, romaine, spinach leafs, cucumbers, celery. I also bought some egg white (I hate yolks) chicken breasts, tuna and turkey. Hopefully all of this stuff will help!!

balancing carbs
I am so completely and utterly confused about carbs. I am told fruits and veggies are good for you and you should eat a lot of them on the other hand I am told you should keep your carbs between 50 and 100 per day to boost weight loss. How is this possible when a single banana has 27 carbs. How are you supposed to achieve this carb range and still eat fruits and veggies? At the end of the day my carbs end up between 150 and 200, which apparently is way too high. I find it pretty much impossible to eat in a low carb range while still consuming fruits and veggies but getting enough calories in a day. What should an entire day of eating look like for someone to be able to eat a low amount of carbs, healthy foods, and still eat the number of calories they should be consuming. If anyone has any insight into this please help!
