Water: An atkins video said that I need to drink 64 oz every day, and an extra 8 oz for every 25lb I want to lose. For me, that would be 80 ounzes per (2365ml). This equals 4 bottles of water (500ml = 17oz)


t looks like it is that time of the month again. I always gain. This is why Fatsecret is so wonderful. I never realized this. However, even though I've only lost 8lb this month, my size 16 pants are now hanging around my hips.

I've cut back on exercise this month and I've noticed it. I do not sleep as well.

I also found that there is a lot of good Atkins diet information in the youtube.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
