yesterday I got my pedometer up to 2200 steps!! Might not seem like alot to some people, but compared to what I was doig, its alot!! Tops meeting with my sister Gail yesterday was awesome. I was biggest loser for whole month of March!!
407.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 187.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
