All last week I was on a binge. It started with cake at the bowling alley and went downhill from there, Valentine Candy, dining out, more Valentine candy, more dining out. Snacking Snacking Snacking. I am happy to say I am back on track and feel good about myself. There is nothing like a good binge to put me in a foul mood and full of self resentment. The binge is over, but I am sure it will happen again, I can only be good for so long, then all h--- breaks loose
