I was ecstatic today, I stepped on the scale and saw that I had finally broke the 180 mark. I worked out like a mad man yesterday though. Very upset for being stuck at 180 for a couple of weeks, I made it though!
179.3 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
