well I lost some weight. I am down to 229.4. For the week I did well in all area's. Drank my water, exercised everyday. I did not do cardio yesterday but I did do some cleaning. One day I went over my net carbs but the rest of the week I did okay. On the day that I messed up I determined what I did wrong nd have made plans to not do it again.
