YAY! I sneaked a peek at the scales and I've lost another 3 lbs. I don't officially weigh in until Sunday, but I was anxious for a glimpse of my future. =)

Well today, I cleaned most of the day...and bought 4 tae bo tapes. I remember doing them in school and had a blast.

I'm just sick of walking...it just isn't for me.

Money's too short to go to the gym, so I'm going to be doing some intensive home training with my Wii Fit and my TaeBo tapes at night.

Hopefully it will improve my sleep and energy...and of course burn some calories and get this weight off.

195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 5.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

That's awesome! You are kickin' some serious booty! Quite inspirational. I used to do TaeBo...kept kicking the dog. Maybe I should try it again now that I have a yard I can put the dogs out in during that. heh.

Last night I kickd all 3 of my dogs by accident so I had to banish them to their crates...which I hate to do...

Awesome job Reina! You are a real inspiration! Dogs are so funny - mine likes to run around my legs and lick my face while I am doing yoga! She figures it is a new game. You have to love a dog's attitude - they look at everything as a fun adventure! PS - thanks for the very nice comment on my journal - yesterday was a tough day and your support really helped me get thru it! I wish you the best of luck finding a home, too!!!! Have fun with those new tapes!
