That was a quick 1 pound drop. I know it's probably only temporary, but it's nice to see me dropping again.
Rode my bike 13 miles yesterday averaging about a 13mph moving speed. I was really grinding it at the end of the ride to maintain a higher average than I had on my 19 mile ride on Friday. Managed to get in some more moderate weight training after the bike ride too.

Also, as a side note, I still haven't quit smoking (DON'T EVER START!!!). I'm trying to limit myself to 3-5 max per day with the hopes I'll eventually lose interest and completely stop.
