Not entirely unexpected. The last two days I kind of blew past my RDI. Going to try to be a little more strict this week to balance it out.

Still recovering from a cold, but was able to do a short run yesterday. Woke up with a Charlie horse though :-(
149.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
