Weighed in right after lunch. No color on stick. Ate too much at lunch (double portion) and cheated at brm happy hour. Fix tomorrow.
262.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
