Down another pound after "fast" day yesterday. But if the last two weeks are any guide, the real issue is whether I can keep it off through the end of this Week 3.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
