36.1% So I am back to where I was. Now to go on and lose something :) I am making some progress in getting Chuck to eat healthy food, and I am eating healthier again, too. I need to pick a time to exercise though, and make a commitment, so that I'll do it more often. Yesterday it was one thing after another and no exercise.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Good on encouraging Chuck to eat healthier, too! Not a small task, by any means. lol Keep on kickin' it up!

Looks like the new shoes are helping you lose! Now they just need to get you to exercise - you did get that model, didn't you? With the self-exercising feature?
