Time to get back on track with everything ..... measuring my food, getting to my exercise, just plain getting things done. That's the only way get this weight off.
269.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

back on track? I didn't know you got off track. Your weight chart looks fantastic. If that's getting off track then I need to really get serious myself. Looks like you have very steady and consistant weight loss. Keep up the good work
