I believe Im a little dehydrated again this morning.. =P
156.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow !! Amazing!! Aren't you olie 2 lbs less than your LSW? You are only stabilizing you're continuing to lose!! Wow! I had a challenge just maintaining and I tended to stay above my LSW. Good self control there!! Ellie
