Only lost .5 since last Tuesday's weigh in. But today is the first day of my period so maybe it's temporary water weight that's holding me back. This week's goal, again, is to get below 160 and stay there.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
